Ever since he was a very young boy, Christopher Banke has tended to demonstrate a strong aptitude for and a strong love of dog training. He was just 15 when he founded the Algemeiner Schutzhund Club. That was when he knew he had found his callings and that he was doing something he would always want to do. At one time, a world-class trainer helped him with his focus and his skills. Following her advice has turned him into a significant dog trainer, which he has been for more than three decades.
With a little more experience under his belt, Christopher Banke managed to open his own dog training business, “Chris Banke Protection Dog Trainer,” in northern Vermont when he was just 19. Since then, he has trained a great many dogs and he has also managed to coach and assist a host of competitive dog handlers. Chris Banke also founded and runs his own breeding kennel, with many of those dogs entering competitions at the local, state, regional and national levels.
